Foreign Fill Requirements

         If you had your previous fill done at a different salon. It will be considered a foreign fill. You must have at least 30 extensions or fans each eye in good condition, with proper lash placement. If there are fewer extensions, it will be considered a full set.

          If any lashes are stuck together, we will carefully separate them one by one. If there are numerous stickies, a removal and new set will be required.

          Style Changes: If you want to completely change your lash style, shape, or mapping from your previous set, a removal and new set may be necessary.

          Maintenance and Cleanliness: If your lashes are dirty or poorly maintained, we may need to perform a removal and apply a new set, depending on their condition.

         Transitioning to a New Style or Color, achieving a completely new look may require 3–4 fills to ensure the desired outcome.

Regular Fill Requirements

           If you have fewer than 30 fans remaining per eye, or if your appointment is booked after 31 days from your last paid appointment, your service will be charged at the full set rate.

         Fill appointments are scheduled based on the time since your last visit. The more extensions you have remaining, the fuller and darker your lashes will look after your fill.

          2-Week Fill: You should have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining.

          3-Week Fill: You should have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.

         4-Week Fill: You should have at least  25% of your lash extensions remaining.

         These percentages ensure we have enough of your original set to fill gaps and maintain a consistently full look.

          Lost More Lashes Than Expected? If you desire a full, dark look but have lost more lashes, we recommend booking a longer fill appointment. A shorter slot might not allow enough time to achieve your desired fullness. You're welcome to accept whatever your technician can do within your scheduled time.

          Lash Bath: Every service includes a complimentary lash bath (valued at $15). However, if you arrive with heavy eye makeup, a $15 fee will apply for the lash bath to ensure thorough cleansing before your application.

Extensions can be customized for a soft, subtle enhancement or a slightly bolder, more defined appearance.

Hybrid full set reg $155 sale $140

-Hybrid sets are ideal for clients with small natural gaps in their lashes. This style blends classic individual extensions with lightweight volume fans, alternating between the two to create a balanced, textured look. Extensions can be customized for a soft, natural finish or a fuller, more defined appearance.

While hybrid lashes offer more volume than classic sets, they are not as dense or dramatic as full volume lashes. If you enjoy the hybrid look but eventually want something darker or more striking, volume lashes are the perfect next step.

-The Volume set consists of fluffy fans made from very fine extensions, creating a darker lash line or eyeliner effect. A wet-look full set is achieved by applying volume lashes without fanning them out (or with minimal fanning), giving a textured, moist finish. Depending on the lash weight and the strength of your natural lashes, we will carefully select and apply the extensions to each natural lash. This style works best for clients with healthy lashes and full lash lines. If your natural lashes are weak or if you have significant gaps, we recommend opting for fanned volume instead.

Mega Volume full set reg $230 on sale now $210, wispy mega $220

-This is the thickest and fullest lash option, creating an intensely dark, dramatic sweep of lashes. This set is best suited for clients with a strong, healthy natural lash line capable of supporting dense fans (0.05, 0.03). The time required for application will depend on the number and thickness of your natural lashes. We do not recommend this set for clients with thin or sparse natural lashes, as it may weaken or damage the natural lashes.
