Maintaining Your Lash Extensions

The natural growth cycle of an eyelash lasts 60 to 90 days, with 2–5 lashes shedding daily. As one lash sheds, another grows in its place. To keep your natural lashes healthy and your extensions looking their best, we recommend scheduling a refill every 2–3 weeks.

Factors Influencing Longevity

The lifespan of your eyelash extensions depends on several factors:

  • Natural Lash Cycle: Extensions fall out as your natural lashes shed and regrow.

  • Skin Type: Oily skin can affect the adhesive bond, potentially reducing retention.

  • Home Care Routine: Proper aftercare helps extend lash retention.

  • Overall Habits: Rubbing, tugging, or neglecting aftercare may decrease longevity.

Fill Appointment Requirements

To qualify for any fill appointment, clients must have at least 30 fans remaining on each eye.

  • If fewer than 30 lash fans remain, the appointment will be considered the an upgraded fill with extra cost.

  • If fewer than 10 fans per eye remain or your appointment is scheduled after 28 days, the service will be charged at the full set rate.

  • You can opt for a longer fill time if you’ve experienced significant lash shedding and need additional coverage.

  • Week 1 (1–9 days)

          Extensions are still close to the lash line.

          A mini fill or standard fill is recommended.

  • Week 2 (10–16 days)

          Extensions have grown longer with your natural lashes.

          A standard fill or full fill is recommended .

  • Week 3 (17–21 days)

          Many extensions may have grown out, requiring removal to prevent weighing down natural lashes.

          The adhesive bond weakens.

          A full fill or plus fill is recommended.

  • Week 4 (22–28 days)

          Significant Growth or Loss: By this time, your eyelash extensions will have grown out noticeably

          Extension Removal: Proper removal of grown-out extensions is crucial to prevent potential damage to your                      natural lashes.

          A plus fill is recommended.​

Warranty Policy

Our services reflect the time, products, and resources used. Therefore, refunds are not offered. If you have concerns about your service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a 20-minute express fill to address concerns.

  • Concerns raised after 24 hours will require a full-price service.

The following will void your warranty:

  • Picking or Pulling Extensions: Disrupts the adhesive bond and damages hair follicles.

  • Immature Lashes: Extensions applied to immature lashes may fall off prematurely, especially if the client insisted on lashing them.

  • Makeup Residue: Arriving with excessive eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, or concealer, that cannot be fully cleaned.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients are allowed 2 last-minute (less than 24 hours’ notice) cancellations or reschedules. After this, our cancellation policy will be enforced and deposit is required to book future appointments. 

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment, no-shows or reschedule will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Repeat Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Future bookings will not be accepted from clients who repeatedly cancel late or fail to show up.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Deposits

  • To secure your first appointment or any full set appointment, a deposit via Zelle (469-878-6189) is required. This deposit helps cover the time slot in case clients do not show up.

    • The deposit must be sent within 15 minutes of booking to confirm your appointment.

    • Your deposit will be credited toward the cost of your service.

    • Confirmation will be sent once the appointment is fully booked.

Deposit Transfer Policy

  • Deposits are transferable one time only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Rescheduled appointments must occur within 90 days, or the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

  • Please notify us if you anticipate being late. We offer a 15-minute grace period; however, lateness beyond this may result in a rescheduled appointment.

After-Hours Appointments

  • Appointments requested outside of regular business hours will incur a $35 fee.

​Before Your Appointment

  • Avoid Caffeine or Stimulants: Refrain from consuming caffeinated or stimulant-based products before your appointment, as they may cause eye sensitivity.

  • Limit Phone Use: Talking on the phone can cause your eyes to flutter, making it challenging to apply eyelash extensions accurately.

During Your Appointment

  • Session Duration: Your appointment may take 1 to 2 hours to complete. During this time, your eyes will be taped down.

  • Limit Fluid Intake: To avoid interruptions, we recommend limiting fluids beforehand and using the restroom prior to your session.

Children Policy

  • If you are bringing children, please ensure they are accompanied by another adult.

  • We are not responsible for unattended children during appointments.

Pet Policy

  • For the comfort of all clients, please do not bring pets to your appointment. If bringing a pet is unavoidable, inform us in advance.

  • Service animals are always welcome.
