Clean Lashes

Lashes should be cleaned before you arrive at your appointment, and at home using eyelash cleanser as often just as cleaning your face. Your lashes will be shampooed at the appointment. However, if there is heavy makeup, mascara or oils buildups, we are not guaranty to clean everything as more time is required which leaves less time to apply new extensions.
We only lash mature strong lashes to carry the weight of extensions. Baby lashes need time to grow. Try not to pull / pick/ rub on extensions as it will also pull out natural lashes. The lash line will have gaps with sparser lashes which will create an uneven overall look.

Drinking caffeine or taking stimulants prior to your appointment causes eyes twitching uncontrollably and make it difficult for you to relax and for us to apply eyelash extensions.
Your appt. can take anywhere from 1-2.5 hours to complete. Your eyes will be taped down. Always empty your bladder prior to your appointment so your appointment isn't interrupted.

Please do not open your eyes often to check device, moving constantly. Moving will prevent your technician from putting as many lashes as possible within your appointment time.

Please have someone accompany children under 6 years old. We are not liable for your unattended children. Please also pick up after your children.
Next clients who might be allergic to pets, no pets are allowed. Let us know in advance if you need to bring your pets. Services dog can be an exception.

If after care instructions were followed and still a significant number of extensions come off, you must contact us within 48 hours. If you go home and have concerns about the set, contact us within 8 hours. After that, it will be counted as fill price because all the lashes already grow or shedding.
All services are final, no refund.

Booking

A 1 time $30 Zelle/Vemno to book an appointment ( will be applied toward balance on that day). Rescheduling less than 24 hours, 2 times in a row or no show, a $30 Zelle deposit is required to book the next appointments.
Appointments are usually scheduled next to each other, being 20 minutes late apt might get rescheduled.
