Maintaining Your Lash Extensions
The natural growth cycle of an eyelash lasts 60 to 90 days, About 6 lashes shedding daily. As one lash sheds, another grows in its place. To keep your natural lashes healthy and your extensions looking their best, we recommend scheduling a refill every 2–3 weeks.
Factors Influencing Extensions Longevity
Lash extensions are not for everyone, and conditions that affect their longevity can arise at any time as our bodies change. The lifespan of your eyelash extensions depends on several key factors:

Natural Lash Cycle: Extensions will fall out as your natural lashes shed and regrow.

Skin Type: Oily skin and hairs will affect the adhesive bond, which may reduce retention.

Home Care Routine: Proper aftercare is essential for extending lash retention.

Overall Habits: Rubbing, tugging, sweating, steaming, swimming, exercising, applying heavy makeup and cream near the eyes, following an improper beauty care routine, or using the wrong cleaning solutions for eyelash extensions can all decrease the longevity of your extensions.

Hormonal Changes: Fluctuations during menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause can affect hair growth and lash retention.

Stress: High stress levels can disrupt the natural lash growth cycle, leading to increased shedding.

Seasonal Changes: Many people experience a natural increase in lash shedding during seasonal transitions.

Medications & Medical Conditions: Certain medications and health conditions can impact hair growth and lash quality, affecting retention. This includes conditions such as:

Fill Appointment Policy & Pricing​​​

Any appointment with less than 30% retention or past 30 days will be charged at the Full Set rate.

Dark Fill/High Maintenance: Designs requiring extra density, curls or specialty "dark fill" results incur additional charges for the extra supplies and time required.

Low Retention Fee: Please note that charges are based on the actual condition of your lashes at the time of your appointment. If your retention is significantly lower than the requirement for your selected fill (see Retention Chart below), an additional fee will be applied. This covers the extra time and materials required to restore your lashes.

Want to achieve your desired fullness: If you experience more shedding than usual before your visit, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to upgrade & extend. We will add extra time to your session (additional upgrade fee applies).

Keep Original Time: We will apply as many lashes as possible within your allotted time. Please note that a "fully dense" or "dark" look may not be achievable in this limited timeframe.
Lash Bath & Preparation Policy​

Heavy makeup residue introduces oils that break down the adhesive and prevent a secure bond. While we do provide a cleanse, we cannot guarantee the total removal of heavy buildup, which can compromise your retention. Please arrive with clean eyes so we can dedicate your full appointment time to perfecting your lashes.
Warranty Policy

To ensure the best results, we offer a 72-hour grace period to address any concerns. Please contact us within this window; any issues reported after 72 hours will be scheduled as a Mini Fill.

Our guarantee is voided if any of the following occur:
Picking, rubbing, or pulling the extensions. This disrupts the adhesive bond and can cause damage to your natural lashes.
Arriving with makeup residue (mascara, eyeliner, concealer, or oil-based products) on the eyelids. A clean lash line is required for a secure bond.
Aftercare Neglect: Do not use eyelash extension cleanser to clean extensions.
Rescheduling & Cancellations​

One-Time Grace Period: We understand that life happens! Each client receives 2 complimentary late cancellation or reschedule (less than 24 hours' notice) per calendar year without penalty.

Our Promise: We value your time as much as our own. If we ever need to reschedule you with short notice, we will credit you an additional "Free Grace Period" for future use.

Once your annual grace period has been used, any reschedule made with less than 24 hours' notice or no show will incur a 50% fee. This allows us to partially cover the lost time that cannot be filled on short notice.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving 20 minutes or more past your appointment time significantly reduces what we can achieve.

Rescheduling: If we cannot complete a satisfactory service in the remaining time, we will need to reschedule your appointment. A rescheduling fee will apply.

If schedule permits, we may proceed with the service for the remainder of your time slot. Please note that the full price of the original service will still be charged.

Deposits

Deposit protects against last-minute cancellations or no-shows and covers the income lost from that empty spot.

To confirm and secure your appointment time, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit guarantees your dedicated time slot and protects our schedule from no-shows or less than 24 hours reschedule. I accept Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Cash, Cash App.

If you choose to send the transaction as a business payment, please note that a fee of 3% will be added to your final service charge.

We will hold this time slot for 30 minutes while we await the deposit. If the deposit is not received within that window, the spot will be immediately released to the next client.​

The deposit amount will be fully applied toward your total service cost at the time of checkout.

A final confirmation will be sent once the deposit is received and the appointment is fully booked. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us right away to verify your booking status.
2. Transfer & Forfeiture Rules

The deposit is transferable only one (1) time to a new appointment. The transfer request must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the original appointment time.

Reschedule Deadline: The new appointment must be booked and occur within 30 days of the original date, or the deposit will be forfeited.
After-Hours Appointments

Appointments requested outside of regular business hours might incur a fee.
​Before Your Appointment

Avoid Caffeine or Stimulants: Refrain from consuming caffeinated or stimulant-based products before your appointment, as they may cause eye sensitivity also affecting the glue retention.

Limit Phone Use: Talking on the phone can cause your eyes to flutter.

Please gently remove any eye makeup before your appointment. This helps us make the most of your scheduled time and ensures better glue retention.

You could remove your contact lenses before your appointment, or bring moisturizing eye drops for comfort after the service.
During Your Appointment

Session Duration: Your appointment may take 45 mins to 2 hours to complete. During this time, your eyes will be taped down.

Limit Fluid Intake: To avoid interruptions, we recommend limiting fluids beforehand and using the restroom prior to your session.
Children Policy

If you are bringing children, please ensure they are accompanied by another adult.

We are not responsible for unattended children.
Pet Policy

In accordance with Plaza Park Salons guidelines, only service animals are permitted on the premises. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed. If you have a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you appropriately
